A Day by the Pool

It’s a day of rest today.  Nothing to do, nowhere to go, except sit on the beach or by the pool.  As the sand is too hot to even walk on barefoot, it’s the umbrella shade by the pool that wins the day!

There’s not much else to report today – a swim punctuates the relaxation and Corinne has read, whilst I have listened to an audio book.  Before long, it’s back to the villa to shower and change for the evening and then head to the ‘Chill Bar’ for an evening sundowner, at candlelit tables, to watch the sun set over the ocean.  We’re then off to dinner in the hotel restaurant tonight as I’m not feeling much desire to move vary far today and there was even some rain threatening although it never actually materialised!
